1. Promotion Organiser

The promotion is organised by Private Kindergarten Krasnoludki, based in Warsaw at Nowodworska 30.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 August 2026, or until all available places are taken.

3. Promotion Participants

The promotion is addressed to current clients of Private Kindergarten Krasnoludki who refer a new client.

4. Participation Conditions

1. The current client must recommend the kindergarten to a new client.

2. The new client must enrol their child at Private Kindergarten Krasnoludki and sign an agreement for at least 3 months.

3. The current client must inform the kindergarten owner or director about the referral before the new client signs the agreement.

5. Reward

1. Both the current client and the new client receive one month of kindergarten care for a symbolic fee of PLN 1.

2. The promotional month may be used within 6 months from the date the new client signs the agreement.

3. The promotional month may be used immediately in the first month after the new client signs the agreement, or within 6 months from that date.

6. Rules for Using the Promotion

1. The promotional month must be reported to the kindergarten at least 14 days in advance.

2. The promotion cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

7. Limitations and Exclusions

1. The promotion applies only to children newly enrolled between 1 March 2026 and 31 August 2026 who have not previously attended Private Kindergarten Krasnoludki.

2. If the new client resigns from kindergarten services before 3 months have passed, both participants lose the right to the promotional month.

3. The promotion may be used only once. If a child who has already used the promotion is enrolled again, another promotional month will not be granted.

4. One parent may recommend more than one child and receive more than one promotional month.

5. An unused month for PLN 1 cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

8. Final Provisions

1. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms during the promotion period.

2. Any changes to the terms will be published on the kindergarten website www.nowodworska30.pl, on the Facebook profile and at the kindergarten premises.

3. Participation in the promotion means that the participants accept these terms.
